At Muir Beach this summer, we climbed way up onto these bluffs overlooking the ocean. I had to get on my belly to look over the edge and there's my mom - safely back from the edge - screeching, "STOP! Be careful." Heh. Poor mothers. Awesome!

I remember sitting at the cliffs of Moher in Ireland with a friend with Danish heritage who had to crawl there to look. He got too scared to walk to the edge, explaining that his home country was all pretty much at sea level, so heights were unnatural to him. That’s brave!
