I totally agree with you about Verizon’s website. It is AWFUL. Horrible, terrible and I hate it. I’ve had Verizon for years-my husband, dad, and best friend are all on my plan and other than the website, they’re awesome. But if you get to give them feedback-please beg and plead with them to fix their website-it is slow, tedious, difficult to navigate and not worth the hassle.
